This strand exists for anyone in the room with the children — at home, in a nursery, in a primary classroom or in a setting that holds both. The materials here are designed to be read, used, returned to and shared. Most are written for two audiences at once: the people doing the teaching, and the parents trying to understand what good practice looks like from the outside. The classroom focus is primary, with substantial early years material alongside.

Eight titles for primary and early years practitioners and leaders. Topics include high challenge / low threat learning, the key person approach, leading early years through change, and what the children themselves teach us if we slow down and watch.

4 · Level 3 Early Years Educator — Supplementary Course

Six modules of supplementary material to deepen the Level 3 qualification.

Built around the lived practice of the early years room — care and welfare, knowing the child, the learning environment, partnership with families, professional development, safeguarding.

Each module includes a study booklet, a one-page infographic and a presentation set.
