Everything I do sits inside one quiet conviction: children flourish when the adults around them — parents, practitioners and leaders — are themselves well held, well informed and able to think clearly. Two complementary strands serve that one purpose.

The Education strand offers books, courses and resources for parents, practitioners and settings working directly with children, from early years through primary. The Coaching and Leadership strand supports the heads, governors and senior leaders carrying the wider responsibility. Many clients work with both.
